UniVox VoWiFi phone eBOM

CSR's reference design has a very small electronic bill of materials (eBOM) and is based on just two major ICs: the UniFi-1 Portable, and CSR's own multimedia applications processor combining RISC and DSP cores with audio CODECs. 

The cost of the total eBOM is less than US $15 in volume. There are no royalties or license fees to pay: CSR owns most of the intellectual property in this design, and has purchased everything else required outright - in order to provide ODMs with a simple solution.

Both of the main ICs are provided in 6 x 6 mm CSP packaging to minimize real estate.  The size of the reference design PCB is just 130 x 40 mm.
